Module 5 - Writing an Opening Paragraph

Q Using the Problem Statement and the Research Question as foundations, write an opening paragraph that will encourage reader interest as well as express an issue to which a general audience can relate. In the literature review, this will be the foundation for your Introduction. An introduction includes an overview of the topic and ends with an overview of the paper. This is a single paragraph. I would suggest reviewing Appendix A - page 162 and the evaluation rubric. To upload your completed work, click on the Submit Assignment button. The millennial generation is different than the baby-boomers and generation X. The millennial generation continuously seek for the chances of self-improvement, when they do not get chances or enough scopes, they mostly leave the organization they are working for (Calk & Patrick, 2017). The leaders at different organization therefore need to be careful while working with millennial generation. With rapid globalization, various cultures now meet more frequently, therefore, it would be the duty of the leaders to have thorough introspection and evaluation skills which will let them know about the pulse of millennial generation.
